Move of the Day is a plank to ankle reach to mountain climber. Need a modification? Use a chair to hold the plank (with hands on chair) reach for your calf, then hold one foot off floor, then the other. Video on Instagram
Today’s Move Of The Day is a Kettlebell Figure 8 in a Squat with an Upright Row between sides. Keep your chest up in the Squat and keep the Kettlebell chest level in the row with your elbows out to the sides. Have a happy workout.
